XSight is a truly ready-to-run general purpose machine multi-camera vision system for end-users as well as machine builders and system integrators.
XSight offers a very cost effective solution to general purpose machine vision tasks. Cost effectivness is emphasized in multi-camera configurations.
XSight requires no programming. Configuration is done via the graphical user interface. Image processing tools are easily positioned over the image area using a mouse or trackball.
XSight directly supports up to three cameras and up to 60 images per camera and second.
XSight includes extensive diagnostic and logging functions.
XSight contains a Matrox 4Sight series industrial PC unit, 1-6 Sony XC-55/-HR50/-HR70 progressive scan CCD cameras, a proprietary I/O-unit for digital signals and camera connections, Microsoft Windows XP Embedded operating system and the ready-to-run machine vision software X4000.
XSight has a number of optocoupled digital inputs and outputs for integration with external equipment. Signals for trig, product selection, pass/fail, Online, watch dog, strobe control etc are available plus a number of additional user configurable signals.
Accessoires such as LED lights, lenses, camera housing, cables etc are also available. Training, evaluation, configuration, installation are also available on request.
